But if you have a permanent visa.. ? Even without a british passport, that means you have permission to stay in Britain, so therefore should be able to get Noa a british passport? According to that site anyway..

blimey this sounds confusing with a capital c! i hope you eventually sort it out evelina and get to sweden for christmas i have no clue as to how to go about it. xx
