quick question about rlt tablets...

i was on a 6 a day dose jst be4 xmas.
but xmas was so busy n i was at my mums i forgot to tke them, havent taken thm 4 ova a week now.
I want to start taking thm again but do i have to start of with 3 a day n build up gradually again or sstart straight of with 6?

No idea, i only had it in tea form, but id perhaps go 4,5,6 spaced out in like a day or 2 maybe?

Id brobably build up again but not worry too much, like pp said, up one each day xx
