well really hard day yesterday dont know why nothing unusual about it but could have ate a ciggy and last night i very nearly crumbled even had 1 in my hand but i put it back down and didnt slip im so proud of myself heres hoping today is easier xxx

That's a great victory against the evil demon weed Rach. You remember the advert for Nicorette or something? A woman jogging along and a big squishy cigarette comes along and she whams a great kick into it. Then again in her wardrobe - karate chop the sucker. I used to picture myself doing that to each ciggie. It made me feel like super-ninja-ciggie-woman yeeeeeeeeeaaaaaarrgh-chop ha!

i felt like that yesterday lol today has been a bit easier although ive been really nauseous today and the lozenges are making it worse so even though im craving ive not been able to use many lozenges and still managed to resist xxxx

am using clicktoquit calender started it from the day i got my bfp as ive not had one slip since then heres what it says for today

In a couple of weeks I am back at work but I will still try to get on a couple of nights a week (I know for a while I will be busy - its just getting used to a whole new way of life)

But never mind that - hope you and been are keeping happy and healthy
and another day gone eh!!!!

Your welcome - as Allen Carr says - its nice to see someone else coming out of the trap!!!!

Such a terrible loss has never happened to me so I cant say I totally understand as that couldnt be possible. What you need now is support and guidance. Of course your family will give you that - but us girls on here will too - we will be with you every step of the way

Sorry for butting in but i just wanted to say Woooohoohooooo, Well done girls. Its great you both have done so well!
I have been quit 7 years in March, and my DH quit when we started TTC, I told him i wouldnt marry him until he had been smoke free for 6 months minimum lol, im very proud of us both.
Happy anniversary Lisa! Keep going Rach, it gets easier every day, i promise hun xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Rach - Hels is right it definately gets easier - be prepared to have bad days with it - but eventually they disapear too.
