medication?

hi all,

maybe a silly question but wondered if anyone knows what we can and can't have when it comes to meds.

ive got an awful cold and throat and have been putting off taking anything to help.

if anyone knows if lozengers etc are ok please let me know.

thats what i thought would be the case. i dont like taking paracetamol as it is.

i personally dont take medicine, so i just tend to suffer lol! x
