Question about diet point system.

I am not signed up to any diet club as I can't decide which one to go with.

I don't understand the point system. Is the weight watchers points the same as the tesco diet points? or are they different and cannot be mixed if you know what I mean. x

i didnt a ww diet last year and it was great
not heard of the tesco points though

ww's points are calculated by the amount of calories and saturated fat
if its the same for tescos i cant see a problem with mixing them

They are the same points used by weight watchers - i think tescos used to be or are in some ort of deal with weight watchers.
