But I've never experienced pregnancy before.
I'm pretty convinced I am, I'm retesting tomorrow.
But I'm confused. I work nightshift.
I know you're supposed to use early morning urine for accuracy, but does this mean literally early morning, or after I wake up in the afternoon?

I would do it after you wake.

When you wake, or hold pee for 4 hours and don't drink x

Yep after you wake up - idea is that the hgc builds up during the night while you're asleep because you're not peeing. So do one after you wake up and not been to the loo for a good few hours good luck!! xx
