post OV question

According to my OP sticks & CM I OV'd 4 days ago. Today I've had a few AF cramps and my CM has started up again. If it has happened other months I have not noticed.

It's probably just my body expelling everything that was up there this cycle It's got to come out some how after all doesn't it.

Has anyone ever notice things like this?

Yeah I had ewcm for upto 8dpo this cycly which was strange for me x
