I can't get out the bath on my own (our baths really deep and has no handles on the side!) so I have to wait for OH to get home before i can have one!

Please be careful taking tramadol, I was given 2 night before my laparoscopy by a nurse and threw up all night! Awful stuff for me.

I know - so glad he's on his way home! I've attached a screenshot of my history over the past wee while and I think because I'm in the bath its making them be all over the shop and nowhere near as regulated as last night. However they are lasting longer and are much more painful!
Yeah I had tramadol before for my toothache so my body doesn't reject it thankfully! I've taken the one and its just making me feel drousy...

I always thought contractions were like 8 hours and getting closer but I've now found out the hard way! Its been a day and a half with constant yet variable contractions... This is karma for having a fairly easy (compared to other people) pregnancy... Lol! Thank god I have you ladies for company till hubs is home! Aww thank you ladies! Xxxx

Thanks ladies! I'm still in the bath - thats been 8 hours in here haha! Contractions are down to roughly 8-9 mins and lasting around a minute and a half each time! Wonder when it'll change again haha!
But you would think that my hospital would at least want to check me now with that being a day and a half with constant contractions... No concern for the baby getting stressed or that? Am I just being picky now? Arghh.....!!!

When G gets here I'm going to phone and tell them I am physically exhausted already, its killing me, painkillers arent taking the edge off it either! I'm stressed which cant be good for baby!

I cant have only dilated a couple of cm in that amount of time surely? Xxx

Aww Michelle lol I'm finally out my 9 hour bath, hubby is here now giving me back rubs! Now my contractions have disappeared and are back to being not even worth timing... mind you this has happened the past couple of times I've been in the bath and then this is when Ive managed a sleep... So hopefully they pick back up again...

So finally pushed for to be checked and came to hospital! The MW was all for sending me home with painkillers... BUT she checked me aaaaand I'm 4-5cm dilated!!! So being kept in!! Wooooo xxx
