    Hiya Ladies,

I had an internal scan this morning. Ive just gone to the loo now and there was a streak of red blood on the tissue.

Should I ring EPU back or is this normal?

    Thanks x

    Hey Hun

I had a scan first time round due to browny CM, they told me I may bleed a wee bit more after because of the angles etc that they had to get. I bled throughout Tri1 last time. He was fine and internal examination was fine, cervix closed.

If its dark brown or brown/dark red Id assume it was normal after an internal scan but if its red blood and or cramping Id be straight on the phone to them.

I guess you could just ring and ask, its not a silly question.

Im sure everything will be fine love :)

    xxxx

Thanks, I have just rang, they put me through to a triage nurse, she said it isn't uncommon to have a light bleed and cramps for a day or 2 afterwards. If it lasts any longer than a couple of days though, I am to call back again.

Tri 1 is so bloody nerve wracking lol xx

I sure did. Everything seemed 'normal' dates are still accurate, heart was beating away. Peace of mind at last xx
