Period type pains

All of a sudden I have a really crampy back and lower tummy and feel a bit icky, nauseas and light headed . Albert's having a quiet day but he's still moving. Have been getting a sinking type feeling in my lower bump.

A little worried, just hoping it's an allergy to jeremy kyle xxxxxxxx
