Has just started, am very achey under the bump. Top of bump is hard and crampy. Sat on my ball having a wiggle, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Any ideas? This isn't the start of anything is it as I want her to cook a bit longer.

Thanks
Emma xx

Hi Emma sorry I have no idea hun but am interested to know what these pains are. Hopefully someone will be of more help than me! x

i had the cramps on top of my tummy the other morning, it was awful and i thought i was going in to labour but after i had laid (half sat) in bed it went of.. :hugs:

I suggest a warm bath x I had period pains, not cramps, under my bump a week or so ago and a bath sorted them right out x

a bath sounds wonderful, may have to wait a bit though as I'm meant to be working from home! lol Isla has been alot more active than usual, my hips are aching as well.

Roll on 4pm and i'll clock off and get in the bath xx

I'm forever getting period cramps! Mine is normally due to not drinking enough water!

i would suggest a hot bath or get up and walk about they usually go away when u go for a wee walk xx

I've had cramps for weeks just keep an eye on it but prob just Braxton hicks x

Well I had a bath but I'm still hurting. Along with top bump cramps and hip ache :( might sit on my ball for a bit.

Not sure what else to do :(

Emma x

I've had this. I'm wondering if it's to do with the babys head engaging? Catches your breath sometimes doesn't it? It normally goes for me after a while if I lie down. Xx

I was wondering that as I had awful period pains last night and then found out today he's 3/5 engaged x

You can be engaged ages before your due date can't you? I've still got 5 weeks to go! It does feel like she is burrowing deep down, I've had loads of movement today.

Just getting DH to make me my tea :) xx
