I believe that's correct. My friend didnt put half the info on but the post office told Her she needed to. I found it easier to complete the form online for me. You didn't have to read through the sections & prompted you for info when needed. They then send you the form and you sign so perhaps it will tell you what's necessary and what isn't
Yes I just wrote grandparents details on a piece of paper and included it. I went to Peterborough to get it done though when he was 3 weeks sd we were pushed for time x
Thanks girls - I will get the check and send service done as well . I might even give the passport office a quick ring just to Double check . I hate filling out forms x
I rang the passport office and they said I don't need to provide that information as long as both myself and my OH have passports which we do and we just need to provide are passport numbers and they can do the relevant checks from there.
Do you think I should still include the information just incase x
Yeah they usually send them back if it isn't all in BLACK INK and CAPITALS. Also when signing, it must stay in the box...even a mm over they send it back. When the teacher was signing mine (as you have to have someone to confirm who you are) she kept going over the bloody outlines and we had to redo it about 3 times lol.
I need to get a new form anyway as I made a mistake lol . Hate filling out forms . Also when your sen off for the passport is it just your child's long birth certificate you send x
