Need help on passport!

Well i've got my forms filled out for Owen's passport, but there's 1 problem.... I need a countersignature.

I rang my doctors this morning to see if they would do it and they said yes at a price of ...£20!!! which i think is an outragous(sp?) price.

So now my problem is who can i get to sign the passport ? ?

I don't know anyone in authority like status to sign it and i really wanted to send it off asap.

Any idea's would help so much

i can!! i think civil servants are on the list aswell...But i think i need to know the pserson over 3 years lol

i don't work anymore i left in feb , but if i took it to my old boss would they be able to sign it ? ?

as long as u have known him for 3 years
i think my doctor charges more than that, just 2 sign a piece of paper!!!
