Hi can anyone help me here last night i woke up having a really bad panic attack and it was about something silly which id rather not say as you all might think im being daft but i got really bad over this and had to wake the o/h up to comfort me as i was a bit scared and sometimes it gets bad where im crying and then i find it hard to breathe and it takes me ages again before i can fall off asleep again as was the same last night is there anything i can do about this as sometimes when it happens it really scares me (sorry if i sound sill or daft here at all). i cant keep having this happen its worrying but no one i know seems to understand and just thinks im being daft when i tell them this.
