Pains and now brown spotting :/

So I've been having cramping ovary pains for nearly two weeks Now. I should have ovulated on the 26th but opks suggested other wise. I got a definite surge last night but I'm still getting the same cramps in my right ovary.
I'm starting to worry about cysts.
Or am I over thinking things?

Just been to the toilet and wiped... I have some brown spotting, or it's the start of a very early af

I'm not due till the 11th of july.
My opks have been all over the show..
Which is why I'm worried about cysts.
I think that spotting has stopped for now but I'll know more later.
I've booked a doctors appointment just incase x

I haven't tested yet as I'm being a whimp and don't want to get my hopes up lol but I think I will tomorrow. And if bfn I'll go to doctors. I have also been having horrible cramps they have subsided now though xx
