Pain in arm

I have this ache in my left arm lol had it all day! Did I just sleep funny?

Yeah the backache and tummy ache have gone away now so maybe just stretching x

I've got a really achy arm and shoulder today, am putting it down to sleeping funny as I can't think of any other plausible explanation, plus our mattress is so rubbish it would cripple anybody...

Maybe I am not used to sleeping in my side so maybe I am squishing it he he

Same here. I had to start using a long bolster pillow otherwise I always woke up on my front. But now I seem to crush me shoulder more in my sleep. Actually getting used to waking up with a dead arm.
