Oww tummy ache :(

I wok up today at 11 and ever sinince iv had a really bad stomache ache.
Sometimes I can hardly move because its so bad.
I also feel really sick and a bit dizzy.
Any iof you guys had this?

Well I dont have the one in chichester anymore and iv gott a week to wait untill I meet the one down here where im living now. I could ring the hospital but taht may be a bit o.t.t.
It could just be baby growing loads, as iv heard weeks 16-20 the baby like quadroples in size?
