Stomache aches...

Are stomache aches normal?
Iv got stomace ache atm, and lower back ache, and feel quite sick and light headed.
I dont normally get stomache ache though and its really uncomfortable.
Anyone else got this?

Well I get it and I'm 16 weeks tomorrow, so dunno if its 'normal' for you.

It was wind
Second post iv made now thats turned out to be wind

Don't worry. Last weekend i was really worried as i had terrible stomache ache (and i'd fallen over earlier that day) but it turned out to be wind. Trapped wind is so painful!

Trapped wind is the worst it can make you feel so ill I get it loads

Feels much better when it 'untraps' its self!
