After having bubba, I'm going on a "get fit weight loss" mega mission....
Before I got with OH, I'd been using Orlistat (also known as Xenical and Alli) to help me eat sensibly and lose weight.
It was working, because any time you eat something fatty, 20% of the fat is bound together, and goes right out the other end - boom! (you don't want to take these tablets then eat a Burger King, basically!)
Sooo it was helping me to remember to eat non-fatty foods, and also helping to get rid of most of the fat I didn't need.
I think my main question is (and I will be seeing my GP about this first, don't worry!) will I be able to breastfeed and use these tablets at the same time?
Has anyone else used these tablets before? (either BFing or not!)
