Ordered OPK this month. Never used them before and tbh don't really know what I'm doing. Though I'd best have a look at my cycle. ..and realised I'm CD 12 already (how did that happen ! !)suppose I best get peeing lol.

What's the best time of day - does it matter as long as it's in the afternoon and it's at a consistent time?

Are they just the cheapy dipstick type ones? If so they usually say the best time is between about 10am and 8 pm and to not drink too much before using them. I normally use them once a day at about the same time until the lines get darker and them twice a day so I can try and catch the surge. For a 28 day cycle I think they say start using around cd11.
