OMG the pain!!!!!!!!!! (TMI maybe)

I woke up at 4am in agony....thought something was terribly wrong until I realised.......it was just really REALLY painful wind!!!

I'm constantly uncomfortable at the moment with lower ab pain - keep having to reassure myself that it doesn't feel like AF so all is probably fine!

Know what you mean,Ive had this a few times, I lay on the sofa and usually a very (loud) guff emits from me Then I feel better

I had this when I woke up this morning I was in so much pain...until I went to the loo muhaha

Sorry to say it does continue but you dont get as worried if you know what I mean because your so used to it lol.

I had it every single morning with Aaliyah and had to have a good trump! LOL

I've been so paranoid about my tummy pains, i keep burping and trumping and blushing a lot!! haha.
I have to keep convincing myself its not AF too.
I'm glad you girls share stuff that might be embarrassing, it keeps me re-assurred. ty!
