Im so mortified at this news I have always had a crush on Richard Hammond. I so hope he is going to be okay

Another site have set up a page in support of the Yorkshire air ambulance crews (which are all run/supported by donations) if anyone wants to make a donation.

It's already reached £360 in little over an hour, which was the original target, so we're now trying to reach £3600 (which is what it costs, per day, to run the air ambulance service). So if you can email this to as many people as you can, we might be able to reach it!

Im absolutely devistated of the news of richard hammond. I heard it on the news this morning and i cried! I think he is very cute and sexy, he is also hilarious. He is crazy to do what he does, he has guts, i just hope he takes it easier now this has happened. He takes lots of risks. I hope he makes a quick and full recovery. Get well richard.

All the news I read is the headlines on my Yahoo Homepage and couldn't believe it when I read about it.

He seems such a great guy, so charasmatic (sp?) which I think is why I find him so scrummy.

He is said to be improving so I really hope he pulls through

Just seen on new that he has suffered a serious brain injury

but the doctors are reasonably optamistic so finger crossed fo the Hamster

he actually crashed at 315mph beating the record of 302mph.

Poor little hamster, apparently he has improved today...i really hope he is ok, i love watching him on top gear he is great!!! who will argue with jeremy all the time!!? And blame bad track times on misfiring all the time?!?!?!

Just read updated news, brain injury not brain damage, afaik saying brain damage is when brain injury turns permanent?...that hasnt been confirmed yet and hopefully it wont.

My hubby phoned me to let meknow what had happened as we heard something coming back last night from my mums but missed all the details because of my noisy son in the car seat LOL!
