OMG !!! Look what i got on Friday!! 
But please don't congratulate me as of yet as we think it may be ecoptic... And not a lot is going right. Here is how everything came about and what has happened - I'm in shock.
Most of you may know that I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS and am having the longest of cycles. On thursday i went to see a fertility specialist who prescribed me provera to induce a bleed and made an appointment for the 14th of November to start clomid.
While i was there i mentioned (sorry some of you might have already seen my post on this) that i was also getting sharp pains in my lower right abdomin so the doctor asked me to do a pregnancy test to rule out ectopic. (which is common with PCOS)
Well..... On thurday i couldn't get my prescription for provera so i forgot about testing and on friday i manage to get it and took one then on friday night the pain was worse which reminded me about the test. So i took a test on friday night to rule it out so i could relax open a bottle of wine and take my second provers then.......... OMG a faint line appeared i nearly passed out with everything that was going on i just couldn't believe it.
At first i wondered if it was the provera or a dodgy test so i took another and a faint line appeared again.
The pain was quite bad so i wsa worried about ectopic which is why the doctor had asked me to test in the first place so i rang NHS direct for advice and in the end was asked to go down to the hospital where they ran a few tests. I got another positive but also tested positive for a UTI ( a water infection) so they couldn't say either way what was causing the pain so they booked me a scan on monday to see if anything was stuck in my falopian tubes. And was prescribed antibiotics in the mean time for the UTI. The wait till monday was hossible and look how many tests i took to keep checking..
Anyway i was expecting the worst on Monday but they couldn't find anything on the scan either in my tubes or uterus but they did find a small cyst growing on the outside of one of my ovaries (separte from my PCOS cysts) and also free fluid in my pelvis but all seemed pretty inconclusive as both can be a sign of ectopic or early pregnancy. So they have took my bloods and said all they can do is take them again on wednesday and the rate at which they have increaed will let us know either way.....
I am in shock but still feel as though its going to be bad news. because my temp was lower this morning. I'm also very confused how this has also happened because if you look at my chart we didn't BD near any temperature shift.

Really hope all goes well with this one - I know it's hard not to worry, but the best you can do to improve the chances is relax, look after yourself, and remain optimistic...
