Olbas oil....?

This seems really silly.....

Have been really congested at night the past few nights and it stops me sleeping (which is hard enough at the mo) so I got out the Olbas oil and had a good old sniff last night. Then I read on the packet that you should consult your dr/pharmacist before using when pregnant. I mean surely it's ok??? It's only Eucalyptus Oil, isn't it??! I know there are some oils you should be careful about but I didn't think that was one of them? Not another thing I can't have, please!!
Does anyone know???

Olbas oil is fine to use. You can use the pastells aswell.. its the only thing that kept me going when i had a cold.

Colds during pregnancy are the worst!

Yip its fine.

I had 4 colds when I was pregnant and it was a life saver for me

Yeh Olbas Oil is fine thankfully! I was so choked with the cold a couple of weeks ago and couldn't have got by without it!

most drugs state that on the packet, the drug companies have to cover themselves
If in doubt check with the doc
