Ok this is hurting!!

Hiya!

Doubt anyone can help but writting it down might make me feel better!!

I sat on the arm of my sofa to have a chat with my childminded child's Dad at 9am. I was sitting there no longer than 5 mins and I do it all the time. When I stood up to let him leave I had an intense pain in my lower bump, I thought "weird" but thought it'll go away. It's now 10.00 and the pain hasn't gone away!!

If I sit down it's not there but as soon as I stand up and try to walk it's back again!! I've had a wee so it's not that!

Gonna give my MW a call in half hour if it still hasn't gone.

Oh baby is moving so i'm not too worried yet! It bloomin hurts though!! x

Urgh we're home again!!

They had me straight into the assessment centre because bub's isn't moving like he usually does, I was literally shaking my bump and he wasn't responding!!

Got there and was put straight on a monitor (cool machine!) and she kept taking my BP. Also did a urine sample which came back with signs of an infection (protein in it) so they've sent my pee off for further testing.

Stayed on the monitor for about an hour and i'm have regular tightenings but they're so early that they're hardly hurting. She said somethings happening but it's very early days. Bub's is very happy and chilled though which was my main worry and we got to hear his heartbeat for ages!!

The doc came in and asked about a urine infection but i'm showing no signs apart from the protein so I have to call for the pee results on saturday if he's not born to see if it is an infection. Personally I don't think it's an infection because I had one a year ago that was horrible!

So for now we're on a very early labour watch! x

Wishing you lot's of luck hun.
Also sometimes infections can be different each time.
I once had a very severe pain one, another time a non painful but obvious one and the previous time a very painful one! xxx

Still getting tiny niggles but the intense pain has been gone for an hour now. The MW told me to put my feet up but i'm going to tackle my washing instead to get him going lol

Oh on Tuesday my Midwife wrote that he was 3/5 engaged and the MW this morning wrote that he's 2/5 now!! So somethings defo happening! x

All seems to have slowed down for now! Boo!

Still tiny little niggles every so often but nothing like the constant pain I had this morning for almost 2 hours!! Lets hope this is the calm before the storm! x
