I am coping well at the moment, so just taking things slowly.

Nothing I am doing is making any difference to the pain which is another good sign I think...

The paracetamol and heat pad had little/no impact on the pain but it's still manageable

Still waiting and still contracting

Had sweep this morning and was 2-3cm dilated and 50% effaced, so progress is being made...

....looks like its going to take its time though, I am going to try and have a
