I have been having what i can only describe as period cramps since 11 o clock this morning. They have been coming between 45 mins and 1 hour 15 mins apart and have lasted about 15 seconds. The last one I had was at 3.30pm and was really intense and lasted about 25 secs. Could this be the start of labour???

Also around 2ish i had the tiniest amount of mucas when i went to the toilet. It was hardly anything but i haven't had it at all while pregnant.

I keep thinking it's just my imagination and that i'm just thinking i'm having pains but the last one was so strong i had to lean over the back of the sofa. I don't want to get my hopes up and it end up just being BH.

What do you girls think??

I think that sounds very promising

Sounds just like my son's labour started and he was born the next day, so fingers crossed for you and your holding your LO very soon

I'm fine rach (but yes i am a little mental ). To be honest i am really hoping it is labour and i am excited. I'm 4 days overdue so have been ready for the last 2 weeks really. I've also been starting to worry about having to be induced so am really hoping it is starting naturally.
