turning this breech baby, now ive had a datefor a section im really nervous and would much prefer a natural birth like i had with my girls.

Ive been doing the hands and knees position. Dont know what else to try

hi my ryan was breech and i was told, like you to rock on all fours (my kitchen floor was spotless ) also i was told to sleep on my left side, and bounce on my birthing ball, if you dont have one, you can get one for under £5 at supermarkets good luck

Our Midwife advised if you have a bean bag, trying to lie on your belly on that, almost on all fours, but with the bean bag supporting you. I suppose thats much the same as using the birthing ball though.....

Acupuncture is supposed to be really good its got a 81% sucess(sp) rate...im tempted to pop in to my local and see if its any good for twins as im tempted to try it if they havent turned at the next scan...even though i think at least one of them have as im getting kicks top and bottom rather than to my side!!!!!
