I think some of what she wrote is a lie, but some is true, she might not have done the actual reasearch bit, but she could have had the convocation with someone about focusing and the music and trying to stay calm etc.

All that research is in the Marie Morgan hypnobirthing book. So really she just read one book that told her everything. If I have the labour she had I will be over the moon.
