When you say it's definite movement, what is it about it that feel different to earlier movement?

On Sunday and Monday I had something that felt like being poked from the inside and a bit of something I've never felt before that really did feel like my insides were squirming around. Nothing Tuesday then Wednesday the squirmy feeling again but strong and yesterday and today more squirming a couple of times each day and it really does feel like my insides are squirming (but nice)

Earlier movement felt like it could have been bowel popping (if you know what I mean) but at the front, just under my belly button, it changed all of a sudden after I hadn't felt that for a few days - I felt that every 2-3 days for about a week or two
