now i'm even more confused??!!!!......

Well I'm 5 days overdue today and still have dull aches in my ovary area, I go skiing on Saturday so thought I'd speak to my doctor before I went as the internet just says DON'T GO if u are pregnant!!
I tol him I got a negative test last night and I was sure I may be pregnant but he just said u can't get a false negative and to try again with FMU on Friday to see what happens! He said skiing is completely fine and there is no issues. But I asked if I had not come on by the time I reyrn then what then? He sais 'it would just be odd!'!!!!!!!! And sometimes women just don't have periods some months!! WTF!???? I said could I have a blood test etc but said it was nothing to worry about at all!
Now I just feel mega negative and maybe I am just skipping a period!
Anyone else had this?

If its any consolation, my friend just went skiing and she was about 8 weeks pregnant at the time and everything was fine x

I've used OPK's since getting my BFP and they have all come back as strong positives but not sure you could take it as a BFP?

If you were pg, I would expect an OPK to look at least as dark as when you get your surge.

Have ur cycles been very regular up to now? Only reason I ask is that mine have been getting longer and linger since I came off the pill last year so if ur the same, it could be that ur body is still adjusting. My last cycle was over 100 days so in a way ur doctor is rite that some women can go quite a while without AF... but there are lots of reaons for it. Im currently waiting to see a specialist.
If ur normally regular and u still get a BFN or AF still hasnt arrived when ur back fron hol, I would def go back to ur GP

I came off the pill in October and ALWAYS had a 25-26 day cycle. I'm now on CD32 which is why I am concerned. I also have really bloated belly and AF like cramps aswell as lots of CM but no other symptoms. I just want to know either way so that I can get on with my life!
I'm really hoping its just a Shy BFP!..........I'm keeping hopeful whatever the Doctor said anyhow!

I was excatly the same when I started on here, u get to pick up on all the lingo and little tricks up their sleaves these girls have when it gets to pregnating ourselves!!!
OPK is an ovulation predictor kit, good for testing when you are ovulating so you know when to get babymaking!!!
How are u getting on in your cycle??

I have tested thismorning bfn but i have one for tomorrow and one for friday. then i am going to phone the Drs

But whilst the witch is away right,
