*November 2017 thread!* Think I could be in here! Eek!

Maybe my hospital has really good equipment but my scan letter specifically said I didn't need a full bladder, which I was really surprised at, and the sonographer didn't mention it, but the scan was really clear considering I was 10+2 weeks. Hoping my 12 week scan will be even clearer as baby will hopefully have grown!

My letter states to drink 2 pints of fluid. Although it doesn't take near that to fill my bladder

I know is probably the tablets helping my sickness but the fact it's eased somewhat makes me worry. Can't wait for my scan to see if my baby is even in there, still doesn't feel real lol

I bet they do as I think when I went for the private one last time I didn't need to drink and it was much better equipment. But my hospital are so behind I'm surprised it's not an x ray xx

My letter just says to have a drink before but not be uncomfortable!!

It never ceases to amaze me that everywhere can be soooo different, my private one I had to drink 2 pints or something before hand and still had to have an internal scan because she couldn't get a good view!

Thank you not until 3.45!! I'm so giddy.... my doppler arrived and within 5 minutes I only went and found the heartbeat!!! So so happy my kids had a listen and then I listened to theirs with it.
People said you can confuse your own heartbeat with the baby but o had a listen to mine and baby's and they are so different.

Strangely I knew what side baby was at.

If recommend ladies I'm plus size so wasn't hoping for much but it is great 10 times better than my old one xx

Yeah I can do it's off ebay. Reading up i dont know if its mine or the babies heart beat but i found the placenta etc so it's not the doppler i think I just need to try some more. If you youtube sonoline fetal doppler there are tonnes of videos xx http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/151925443454

Baby should be between 120 and 170 beats per minute, a resting adult is usually around 60-100 beats per minute, so it's usually easy to tell the difference as baby is much faster.

Had the scan everything is great. 12 weeks 2 days actually due 29th October so will have toes in both groups. Xx

Been feeling rubbish today, really nauseous, actually thought I was going to vomit a couple of times.

I've been thinking of names but absolutely none that are jumping out!

My daughter's pregnancy and birth notes arrived today.... Wow that's a lot of reading! I have a feeling it's going to be emotional!

I have an Alice (normal) and Temperance (Tempy) so I like unusual. We have Vincent picked out for a boy after my husband's late grandfather but no girls names. I do like Eliza atm xx

I love the name Alice but my friend is named Alice so OH doesn't want to use it.

I wanted a name from Harry Potter as my little girl was unintentionally named after a HP character. I like Arabella, Ariana & Aurora for a girl & Teddy (Theodore) for a boy.

But my 'out there' name, we wanted last time if LO was a boy & everyone was like you can't use that! It's Fox... what do you guys think?

I also like Hunter but I feel it's getting a little to popular xxx
