*November 2017 thread!* Think I could be in here! Eek!

Hi Lillybell & welcome. :)

Sorry to hear about your miscarriages.

Obviously can't say don't worry as we all do it but I found this forum helps to talk about our worries so I'm glad you've joined us. :)

How are you feeling? I'm still feeling sick, have been for 5 weeks and counting! I'm 11 weeks 2 days xxx

Hi Starchild, I have been feeling continually sick up until Tuesday when it totally stopped! Which is making me worry more than I was before :shakehead: counting the weeks down until my scan on 10th May, hopefully I will relax a little then x

I think they say anytime from 16 weeks onwards. I think I felt my daughter around 16/17 weeks.

I've heard you feel movements earlier with second as you know what to feel, so you recognise it earlier.

Stupid analagy coming up - but youll see my.logic............i hope!!!!

See back in the summer i found out i was pg - then a few days later i had horrendous diahorrea or about 4days. Couldnt eat a thing without it going through me.
It was like the beginning of labour when your body clears you out. I think thats when things went wrong and it 'died'

This evening ive had a liquid tum for no reason what so ever -now im panicking

Hi girls.
Havnt posted for a while as I've been feeling cack!
Had my booking in today at exactly 8 weeks and have low BP, so maybe explains why I feel so rubbish!
Hope your all feeling ok.

Claire I had a runny tummy every morning with my first and it's just started again over the weekend. Hopefully it's nothing!
I had a Doppler with my first but don't know whether to this time x

I'm at work and tried using the Doppler but I was stood up and gave up after 5 mins lol

I've ordered a doppler hopefully it will arrive next week with the bank holiday it's going to be later than usual. I had one with my last one but it was terrible (summer) I do not reccomend. This one has good reviews so i just hope its good. I will deffinatly let you all know Xx

Evening all, sorry I've not been about for a while. I've been so exhausted in the evenings I've been crashing as soon as my son is in bed!

Scan is a week tomorrow, and can't come soon enough! Although for the last week I've been able to pick up the heartbeat with my Doppler which has given me some reassurance. Still doesn't feel real though, feels very different from my first pregnancy, as I explained to a friend earlier, it's less excitement about a cute new baby and more fear of having to survive the first six months again!

I've found my Doppler, didn't have any gel left so I used moisturiser, but I couldnt find baby. The gel arrived today so I'll try again.

I'd love to get a doppler. Are there any specific ones anyone can recommend?

I've ordered the sonoline b doppler after reading reviews but I can't recommend yet until I've tried. I do not recommend the summer one that looks like an egg you put on your stomach it's useless. Xx

Having a major freak out today! Im panicking like a ridicukous amount!!!!!!

Just anxiety is it a major high.
Im pwranoid theres nothing there - my scan is still like 5days away and it seems forever! What if something happens before?
Last time i started spotting at 11+4, red blood at 11+5 had my 12wk scan at 11+6 where she confirmed i was miscarrying and passed it all that night.
I dont know if its because the same milestone is approaching im not sure?!? Xxx

Hi ladies  Hope it's ok to join you all. I am 9 weeks tomorrow. I am 41 years old and worrying about everything!! I have had 2 previous miscarriages and then was lucky enough to have my little boy through ivf in 2012.

Welcome Lillybell! I'm we are just about a week apart - and I'm 41 as well:)

Tomorrow is scan day!!! I'm so excited and worried that something will be wrong. Hopefully a little active viper in there. Xxx

Good luck redbear. Is this the first dating scan? Mines a week tomorrow and I'm counting down the days.

I'm dreading having to drink 2 pints of fluid beforehand tho as drinking is still difficult for me. It's a shame they don't say eat lots instead of drink lots  xxx

Hi Claire

I know exactly what you are going through - I felt the same last week, just before my first scan (was at the same time as when I had my previous one). My BP was high and it got the obgyn a bit worried, But she had me lay down a bit after my scan and it had come down again (was just due to the internal stress and worries I was going through) .

I know it's just words but hopefully they will ease your heart and mind a bit, I also know it's easier said than done...but try and not focus on what had happened.

Helping you pray for a sticky bean (hugs)

Yes first dating scan. I know I need to remember to drink enough. I hate that part and then when your late in for the appointment your busting for a wee but can't go.
After that I'm going to call and book my 16 week gender scan when I've got the correct date. Exciting stuff they can't see Albinism by the scan so there is no knowing if that's going to happen until d day but I am looking forward to knowing if it's a he or she. Not that it matters when your a mum with a "gene problem" not blind is what I'm hoping for the rest really doesn't matter too much. Xx
