*November 2017 thread!* Think I could be in here! Eek!

T2186 - I had an ectopic, and it wasn't painful, I had no symptoms, apart from niggles down one side. I only found out when I paid for a private scan at 7 weeks...however, I think that's pretty rare and you would *normally* get pain.
I've had niggles this pregnancy and all is fine and in the right place, so likelihood is you will be fine! If it gets worse or you get more worried, keep pestering them, they may scan you, because if the danger it can cause, they would rather be safe than sorry. X

I'm 6 weeks 6 days. My nausea isn't half as bad as it was on Monday which I'm thankful for. But I still feel queasy all day and have to eat little bits often. And I've gone off lots of food & drink.

Try not to worry!

Hi there

I hope you ladies don't mind me joining your group - had a BFP on 8DPO - and going with the online due date calculators my EDD is 17/11 - my first OBGYN appt is on the 13/04

Big congratulations HalyconAries!

Thanks everyone for your replies!

Can anything be seen on ultrasound at 4 weeks? The niggle is not getting any weaker

I'm not 100% I'm sure there's something and the location would be confirmed at least. Perhaps someone else has experience? xxx

Welcome HalyconAries!

I think I experienced a little nausea today - but could of been hunger related. Other than that I am still symptom less... have been taking testso still (because I'm obsessed) and they haven't been getting obviously darker that I've noticed. Think I'll pick up a digital one later.

Fab news Claire! Glad you had such a positive scan :)

T2186 - keeping everything crossed for you. Hope it all settles down soon.

Xx

Thanks for the congrats ladies -

Pismo - the same here - no major symptoms, other than heartburn and just every day at 3 I am super sleepy!

I gave birth in july - was horrifically hor. My maternity leave before labour consisted of fans and paddling pools.lol xx

I find it a bit odd that someone has joined up and their only post is to invite us all to an FB group. Maybe I'm being overly suspicious, but still, be careful ladies.

The weekend that I had my son in June 2015 was, by that point, the hottest of the year.

His room got up to 29°c! I felt awful. Looking forwards to a winter baby :)

Ladies who have have two/will have two under three - talk to me about double pushchairs and cars!!

Currently have a britax travel system but my son will only be 2yr 4mo so not walking all the time.

We also have a 10 year old and my husband seems to think we have outgrown our mondeo and focus... those with three + children what have you got?

Hello ladies, hoping everyone is doing ok! The bloat has arrived in full force today - had to try on four different dresses for work this morning before finding one which didn't make me look six months gone! I'm sure the bloat wasn't this bad last time round. Boobs are also still very sore, nausea on and off.

T2186 - four weeks is too early to see anything on a scan. At five weeks you might be able to see the gestation sac in the uterus (so rule out an ectopic), at six weeks you should hopefully be able to see the embryo within the sac. Hope nibs settle down soon for you, the first trimester is so stressful.

Pismo - I saving my money and not bothering with a double buggy, my steering skills aren't up to it (I'm a liability with a pushchair as it is!) and I barely used the uppababy igot for my son. Slings all the way here, figure especially with running around after my son it will be easier to have both hands free!

Thank you that really helps!even with a vaginal ultrasound?

Yes lovely, even on an internal scan, everything is just too small to pick up any earlier x

You poor thing spallerina! That looks so uncomfortable, I don't remember being bloated with my boys. Will keep a look out now. I have both a connecta and a close caboo but worried my back will hurt or I may need a double for some other reason. We don't use the bulky travel system anymore and instead use a simple pushchair when in a rush and not letting lo walk.
