Started using the cbfm last cycle, found it worked perfectly. lows from cd6-11, highs cd12-16, peaks on cd 17&18 then another high and heap more lows. Period arrived bang on time 13 days after the last peak.

The cycle was picture perfect....

.....this cycle not so much!

Monitor asked for first stick on cd9 gave a low reading as expected. Today cd12 popped in a stick expecting to see low or possibly high as i got my first high last cycle on cd12, but nope ..... BAM it showed peak!

I really thought my body had finally sorted itself out as the last 3 cycles have been 31-32days. Now it would appear the im gonna have a 25-26 day cycle.

I have been getting aching and on off stabbing since af leaving on cd5 but assumed this was maybe a cyst playing up...surely its was to early for your body to start getting ready for ov that soon after af?

Stupid flipping body....

At least you were using the monitor and have detected it! so you know where you are - but I can understand how annoying it would be when you plan for a certain day or expect a certain cycle length and it doesn't happen - 25-26 day cycle is very short when you are used to over 30!

hi hope you dont mind me popping back but I had something similar in May

Ive had strange cycles all year... a few 30+ then a couple 28/29. then the surprise 26 one (OVd CD13) so it could just be your body trying to get into its old cycle pattern (my next was due to be 28 days)

Thats what ive just been telling myself, at least the monitor picked it up, so i know its working! lol

Just a bit miffed as i really thought the cycles had evened out. It is odd to have such a sort cycle, the last time i had a short cycle like this was when i first had the implanon taken out. Over the last 2 years they have gone from 24-32 days. Now back to 25-26 days!

Meh....at least OH will be happy he's getting some tonight! LMAO!!!

Dont mind you popping back at all!! How are you? Is everything going smoothly?

Before have the implanon put in my cycles were regular 28 days, always bang on time. My dad must have wanted to murder us me, my mum and sister all had 28day cycle at the same time of the month!!!

When i can off the implanon my cycles were all over the place, but since january my cycles have been really good, until now! lol

I have notice however that i'm having problems with opk's...2 cycles ago i got 4 +opks! last cycle was ok and now this cycle ov'd early. Something to tell the specialist when i see him next.

I am doing okay - I guess...think everything is on track for the big O in 5 or 6 days time I am starting opk today - bbs already getting sore and getting some eycm tho so hopefully won't find the same as you and do my opk later to find a + lol. Am charting for the first time this cycle too
