need advice

can anyone help me out here, my periods since my loss in august have been very light and short, i just had af on cd 27 it was very light and only lasted 2 days does anyone know what could be causing this.
Do you think agnus castus would help? i am considering taking it but dont really know if it will help or if its more for long cycles. and do i need to take it from cd1.

don't know about agnus castus, but since my loss my periods have been lighter and less painful (to not painful at all last month - the first time ever) asked my mum (the font of all knowledge on pregnancy and loss - although not TTC as she managed it within days each time ) and she said she often found this after a loss - sorry for the horrible image but its as if the body has a good clean out - so I'm not worrying

I took Agnus Castus after my second miscarriage and also after Heidi was stillborn at 23 weeks.

It seemed to work for me, I had the longish bleed after the stillbirth and I was still having breakthrough bleeding into my second cycle afterward. The Agnus Castus sorted it out within that cycle and I have been regular since.

Its worth a try hun and it cant hurt

thanks i think i will give it a go, but would it be any use if i started it now or do you need to start it on cd 1?
