My slim fast diet! Weighing evey monday!

I craved in and weighed myself and i'm 12st 5lb! i've lost 7lb since monday!! yay! i did have my clothes on so i'll be a bit less, been off track today and not done slimfast i've had 2 pieces of milk roll bread toast(47 cal each) pack of crisps(131 cal) and i'm being really bad and having a take away, i'll get back on track tomorrow. x
 
My laptop broke so not been on for a while, but my weight is 12 st 4lb at the mo will start a new food diary tomorrow x
 
Hi ladies, thought I would revive this thread!!! I was just wondering how you are both getting on with Slim Fast (if you are still on the programme) as it's been a while since you updated with your progress.

I am very interested to hear how you have been doing as I have started SF today. It hasn't been anywhere near as tough as I expected, but I did start to get the munchies before getting dinner ready this evening!!! I will be using this thread to keep a daily record (or every few days!) of my meals:

Stats
Current weight: 11st 7lbs
Target weight: 9st 5lb
Target date:1st July

Day 1
11am: coffee and 1st snack - lemon cake slice (tesco light range at 70 calories)
2pm: SF shake
4pm: pint of water and 2nd snack - handful of grapes
7.30pm: balanced meal - chicken with rice and veg, pint of water

Is it ok to replace the SF snacks with other snacks as long as they have the same amount of calories? I don't want to be restricted to just the SF meal bars / snacks as I think i'm far more likely to 'fall off the wagon'. I was wondering whether I can be flexible and have other snacks (i.e. lemon cake slices!) to replace them, providing they have the same amount of calories and fat / sugar content?

I couldn't help but weigh myself this morning (even though I've only been in the diet 1 day) and was so surprised to see i was 2lbs lighter!!! I made sure it was the same time I weighed myself yesterday, however I am very realistic and know that it is normal for bodied to go up/down a couple of pounds in the day.

I will try and resist stepping on the scales until next Wednesday now.

Day 2
10am: coffee with lemon cake slice
12pm: 1st snack - packet of snack a jacks chutney flavoured crisps
1.30pm: SF chocolate shake
5.30pm: pint of water and handful of grapes
7.30pm: salmon fishcakes with peas and chips, pint of water

I also did 50 mins cardio at the gym today which made me feel great! I am planning on doing at least 3 sessions at the gym every week and will try and aim to do brisk walking the other 4 days when I take Jovan out in the pram.
