My slim fast diet! Weighing evey monday!

So I've started it today and gonna try and keep a food diary. I'm 12st 12lb and my target is 10st, wish me luck!
6.30AM COFFEE,
8AM COFFEE,
9.30 SLIMFAST SHAKE,
10.30am cup tea.
2pm slim fast meal bar, glass water,
2.30 cup of tea
I'm gonna have 1 small lamb chop with potatoes and peas for tea.
Looking at this i should try and drink more water! x

Good luck to you! I tried Celebrity Slim last week and couldnt manage it. I lasted all of one day! The shakes were foul though.
 
Im starting Slim Fast today :D Im currently having a big glass of water as Im saving my shake until my LO is having her breakfast. Hope fully my food diary today will look a bit like this...

8-30am Shake
10-30am Apple and grapes
13-00pm Shake
15-00pm Small cup of spicy parsnip soup
19-00pm Veggie chillie with rice

Then having bucket loads of water as well :) You can have 3 snacks inbetween shakes as well, that go up to 95 cals, so a bit of soup or some veggies or fruit or something is fine. So 3 snacks, 2 shakes and 1 meal. How'd the first day go?

lol, glad i didn't do that one then, slimfast shakes are ok:)

I;ve sighned up to the Slim Fast web site and it had a list of snacks it even said you can have a boiled egg on half a muffin for a snack:) my first day went well but got kids to bed and had a couple of drinks:shakehead: i did have the lamb but had it on a chibatta with oven mushrooms an toms. so apart from the drinks i did good:dance: so far my diary is(got up at 5.30)
8am coffee
9am coffee
12pm cuppa
1pm slimfast meal bar
1.30pm slimfast snack bar
4.30pm small handfull of cranberries, nut mix with another cuppa lol
for tea i'm defo doing small salmon with potatoes and veg:)
Lets hope we keep it up, its hard not to pick at the kids food when i'm cooking, so from now on i'm gonna have a cough sweet when cooking it:)

Slimfast is on offer in Tesco at the moment. I got a carton of power which is 6 days of shakes, 2 premade shakes and 4 meal bars for £12 so thats 9 days worth.

Its actually gone alot better than I thought today. My sister told me to be prepared to feel hungry but I had the morning shake and then forgot about food until I had a meal bar at lunch, then had apples and grapes for a snack and just had my veggie chillie for dinner. Im having 2 maryland cookies for supper in a bit too as one of my snacks :D

Sounds like your day went well too :yay: Im apart of slimming world so shouldnt really be doing slimfast but I just need a boost. I seem to be losing either 1lb or staying the same (havent put weight on since I started). Ill deffinitly keep up to date on here. I was 11st 5lb yesterday at weigh in, so next monday Ill put up how much Ive lost (because Im determined to lose weight!!!!)

thanks, its about 1.59 for 1 shake or around 5 pound for a tin of the powder to make the shake, it does 12 shakes, the meal bars are 5 pound for 4, i got it to about 28 pound a week but next week i'll spend less and not get the snacks by slimfast but have fruit & veg ect so it'll be about 20 pound depending on where you shop, how much is the lipotrim. x:)

Yea i thought i would be really hungry but i'm not to bad, i really look forward to tea though! you seem to be doing well aswell, god i think i might of spent to much on the ready made shakes! i'll stick to the powder i think. I'm looking forward to weighing myself on monday. :)
 
The powder is £4 in Tesco at the moment and the strawberry one tastes lovely :) I got 2 of the premade ones (theyre 2 for £2 at the mo) as Im moving house Thursday so theyll come in handy but if I carry this on longer than the 9 days then Ill stick to powder.

Oh god I was soooo looking forward to my evening meal! But Im going to make soup up as snacks as I reckon it would be really filling and lovely. Huuummmmm.
 
Soup sounds good! I hope i can do more then 9 day's i have nearly 3 st to lose, I'm enjoying this diet, saying that I'll prob be fed up with it by the end of the week! lol I was so full after my tea I'm really proud for not picking so my food diary so far is (awake at 5.30 again)

i.m gonna have a shake for my dinner then maybe an boiled egg for my snack later, i think I'm gonna stick to the powder cos of the price, o good luck with your house move, hows your day going? x
 
Just had my shake, and yes i agree the strawberry one is really nice! x
 
Top tip: I found that Soya milk makes the milkshakes a bit more creamier & thicker :)

I had my shake for breakfast, then instead of a dinner tonight I had a sandwich and 2 biscuits for lunch instead. Going to have an apple in a second and then have a shake for dinner. Tonight is going to be mental with final packing so I probably wouldn't have had time for tea anyway.

Sounds like your doing well! Ive got about 2st to lose but if I can drop 7lbs on slimfast (I dont expect to do this in 9 days lol) then I think it'll give me the motivation to keep going with just healthy eating and excercise.

Ooo I might try the soya milk idea. I quite enjoy my morning shake. I hate waiting for it though. I wake up between 6 and 6:30 so I wait until 9 to have it otherwise it seems like a lifetime until the next one lol.
 
Oh and so far the house move isnt going so well lol, I still havent packed a good portion of my things! I pick the keys up tomorrow at 11am and so want to have everything ready to go by then. Ive got 2 days Paige free to get everything moved so Im hoping it'll go smoothly!
 
O i hope you manage to get packed in time, should make it a bit easier without your little one to feed and change, yea i know what you mean with the waiting! I think you might lose more then what you think in 9 days, I've done slim fast once before and lost 6lb in a week i only did a week then but gonna stick to it this time, that sounded like a good idea to have your food for lunch and shake for tea, i didn't have that egg for my snack instead i had some almonds and raisins so far i,ve had

Ive had a bad day today. I forgot my morning shake and only had a tiny bit of the midday one and only had 2 cookies just in a rush while packing up the car (for the millionth time! lol) and then for dinner we had chip for the chipshop as I had no food in lol. So tomorrow I will be a bit stricter I feel ready for monday!
 
never mind hun, its not that bad, i'll post tomorrow, with my progress x
