He's three and the cutest thing out!
This afternoon he was at my mums (his nans) and her cat was asking to be let out. He went over to her and said "Hello Maisie, are you ok?" she (obviously) didn't answer, so my Mum said "yes, she's fine thankyou"
He then asked why she wanted to go out, to which my Mum answered she didn't know, she just did....he said "Has she got her babies yet?" and when mum said no she hadn't gotten them he exclaimed in a voice full of sorrow "Has she losed them? Is she going to go and find them?"
When mum explained that they weren't lost but in her tummy still he suddenly piped up "Has she EATED them?" Cue Mum trying to explain they were still growing in there and hadn't been 'eated'....suddenly she had a brainwave.
So she says "It's the same as Mummy, she has a baby in her tummy hasn't she?" and he replied very proudly;
"Yes, a baby boy"
"Well then" she said, "it's the same as mummy, mummy's baby's growing in her tummy, but she didn't eat him, did she?"
"Oh Nanny-you silly laydeeeeeeeee" *Cue lots of giggling*
