I am so lucky that I have the most amazing d/h I could ever have wished for. He's so loving and attentive, for the first time in my life, the emotions I have for someone are reciprocated. He makes me feel like a princess.
We met in hospital, in a physical rehab unit (we both have spinal issues) and despite our 31 1/2 year age gap, we have so much in common. He is my entire world and we can't wait to start a family together.

Yeah, I fully realise that this is a really syrupy thread, but I want the world to know just how much of a prince charming my d/h is.

Aww how gorgeous :)
Did I read that right? 31 year age gap? xx

Yep, you read that right. 23 and 55 years... 31.5 years between us, but apart from in appearance, you wouldn't know there was more than a year between us.... We are two peas in a pod

There is a 25 year age gap between me and my oh! We have been together 4 years now and love each other more as time goes on. Two peas in a pod also and age doesn't even come into it. The only people who notice the difference are others!
Xxx

Wow! Well good on you both, he's one lucky fella. I bet his mates are all well jell ;)

There's 15 years between me and my oh. I always ask him how he managed to pull a young ditty like me :)

I personally am not into younger men at all, or even those my own age x

When he first moved up here from Essex, his next door neighbour said to his his ex wife "where us Mr t, we haven't seen him for a while" she said "oh he's moved up to Derbyshire to set up home with a 23 year old" and the first thing that slipped out of the neighbours mouth was "that dirty lucky *******"..... Talk about putting your foot in it lol..... It still tickles us to this day :D

I must make a point of saying though, that we didn't have an affair, they were already separated when we met, but were living together in the same house, but separately for the children, if that makes sense.

Me neither, the smallest age gap for me and a partner was 25 years, the biggest wad 41, so I traded the last in for a younger model, a mere 31.5 years difference ;)

Hahaha older men are sexy, they also know what they're doing ;) xx

Yes, I love my silver fox.... He is my complete world. Such a gentleman and really knows how to treat women with a huge amount of respect.

How old are you if you don't mind me poking my beak in?

34.
I married a man who was 46 when I was 22 - big mistake! Not down to his age, I'm sure he was as much of a nob when he was young!

I've been with my current oh for 10 years now, he's actually 14 years older, not 15! x

We aren't technically married yet as he is still married to his previous partner and unwilling to divorce until his youngest is 18 as he doesn't want to force a sale of the house and see his kids lose their family home, so I'm in the middle of changing my name by deed poll to take his surname as a Mrs. He's desperate to marry me, but I would feel awful if I pushed him into divorce and putting a bigger barrier up with his kids (who are refusing to allow contact with him due to the separation).... The kids weren't aware that Mr t and the wife were already separated before he moved out.... They'd kept it from them so not to upset them.... Unfortunately, he met me whilst we were in hospital, so things changed rather suddenly in the eyes of the children

 That's lovely to read and I have to say I feel the same about mine! As far as chaps go, he's pretty damn awesome. :D As you know, we have a far smaller age gap but the feeling is the same. He is 7ish years older than me, actually the shortest age gap I've had in a relationship (I had a penchant for late 20's as a 15/16 year old!)

Sounds like a tough situation with his family; must be a source of a lot of stress for all concerned. The positive thing is that love comes out of that

Well it's nice to see other ladies on here with slightly older chaps too!
I hope things resolve with your oh's children, that must be tough. Xxx

Mines a 'youngen' lol im 30 and he is 26 xx

I too have an older hubby- he's 16 years older than me but I love him to bits

He looks after me like and has given me the best gift ever of our son!!

I wouldn't swap mine for the world. We can't wait to have a family together. He's my everything. I've never found people close to my age attractive... Someone once asked me if I would likely to ever have a thing with someone my own age, my answer to that was "well, I can never sat never, but I think it's about the same chance as me falling in love with a woman- not saying its never going to happen, but as far as I'm aware, I'm completely heterosexual"
