my belly tearing???? heeeeeelp yeeelp

so last few days i felt a "tearing " sensation on my abdomen, more doen the inner sides...ahhhh is my tissue tearing?? is this the beginnign of stretch marks????? anyone else get this????? plus im only what say nearly 19 weeks and im like a fish outta water trying to turn over in bed...flop flop flop xxx

How strange? Not heard of this, maybe you need to speak to a gp, that sounds a little horrid!! X

ha ha not as horrid as it sounds, its quite mild, but its that sort of sensation...i did go to the gym that morning...and sprinted, not such a good idea :s

Last night was first time i have woke up with what i can only describe as stretching pains, almost like a massive stitch. Getting pain down my sides also but think that's things really starting to stretch out down there now.
