Hv said as long as u don't give them water instead of formula and thy only have a small amount it's fine. He hasn't wanted any today tho as he is pooping properly now.

Rosa- too much water can decrease sodium levels in blood Which in extreme circumstances can cause seizures but a ounce or 2 is fine x

I didn't give Paige any water unless she was constipated. As he's so young I'd probably only give him water if he needs it rather than a daily thing (although I know you just said above that he hasn't had any today )
