Miscarrying!

Hi all my hcg levels dropped in 48 hours and I have severe cramping on my uterus so adviced to go to a&e now. I was at the airport ready to fly to go on a 2 week holiday which we were looking forward to for months. I am sooo upset and can’t stop crying.

Thank you. I have been waiting at A&e sooo sad. I lost all of my pregnancy symptoms, breasts gone down like nothing in them anymore. No light head or sick so many uterus contractions so my instincts were right about this. I have no idea what will happen next as I have no bleeding yet. And I also don’t know how to deal with this thank you for being here x
