Milk Rash

My poor baby looks like he has been in the wars with his spotty face! he has even scratched the top off one of them!

I'm assuming that this rash will go in a few weeks?
Also, is it usual to get it on their neck? It's just a few spots on his neck so I hope this is normal!

Alex was just the same. He looked like a right little pizza face. And yep it was on his neck too, and even his ears! He has lovely clear skin now though, so don't worry it doesn't last forever.
