I have what I think is a milk blister on my nipple. Has anyone elae had one of these and what did you do about it? It is so painful when my LG latches on, almost as bad as when I started breastfeeding!
yep, i had them little white spots? i burst mine with a sterile needle as it was covering where the milk was coming out giving me a blocked duct, once i dont that it was totally fine.
