midwife appointments in scotland

Hi I found out was pregnant last Saturday called doctors on Monday and have apt with midwife this Thursday I am only 4 weeks 3 days, I'm east Kilbride area x

I found out about 2 weeks and phoned the doctors to see nurse. I was given the number for the RAH to contact the midwifery section and two appointments were made for me. They are roughly 8 weeks and 11 weeks.

I never got tested my doctor or midwife with my first. Only ever seen my midwife after too

Got mine yesterday at 5w4d (but she recorded it as 4 weeks...). If you read the nhs website they will tell you that you should see a midwife as soon as you find out you are pregnant.

My appointment was all about answering health questions and completing paperwork. She also took a note of my weight and measured toxic substance in my breath.

Went to gp. Booked in app right away on 6th jan. I was about 9 weeks then or just coming up for 9 x
