Me again.... Positive OPK

Hey all

I suddenly had a brainwave and thought maybe I'm just ovulating rather than being late. Have only come off pill in feb/mar so no idea how my cycles are. Did an OPK this morning which seems positive. However if I am ovulating then it's 32 days since my last period which would make for a very long cycle!

Then I read that a positive OPK could also mean you're pregnant. Help??!!!

How long are your normal cycles?

Funnily enough I was literally just reading the "using an OPK as a HPT" webpage! It sounds like it might be worth you trying an HPT? xx

the line needs to be stronger than the control line on an opk for it to be a positive preg test...well thats what worked for me...so, if its the same in a couple of days time do an hpt good luck x

That happened to me last cycle, turned out I haven't ovulated when I had my first LH surge. If the OPK's are lighter in the morning and darker later in the day you can be pretty sure it's LH and not HCG it's detecting. If it's darker in the morning I'd suggest you do an HPT
