I've only just got in from work and seen this. I am so so sorry for you Helen. A loss is so horrible, I really feel for you and understand that you need to take time out for you.
Just remember we are all here when you are ready to return. The ladies here have helped me through my losses and I wouldn't be sane without them. Know that we are all here and want the best for you. Take care of you and your family xxx
