That sounds awful Ery. Hope that experience doesn't present itself again.
I just decided on a phone chat with GP instead of heading in. It seems that the symptoms have reduced to just a cold, so just checked on what I can take. I think I'll stick to just temping twice a day to make sure there is no fever and continue drinking hot tea with honey or hot water with lemon and honey. I don't think I'll be moving from this couch much today. Body aches have seemed to go away, just a sore throat, slight cough, running/stuffy nose and overall fatigue. I have to curl up into a ball to blow my nose and cough. At least I slept through the night last night. The first time in a few nights. It felt good.
Boy this is sucky timing. I was just starting to feel better and though that if all was well at my scan tomorrow that I'd go back to crossfit (of course lowering the weights and my tempo). I really miss working out. But I think my workout on Sunday morning (a 10 min row and then a slow, casual 800m swim taking rests every few laps) fatigued my body just enough to let this bloody cold in, well that combined with the hotel room that was too hot and then being moved between really hot and really chilly rooms in the hotel as they changed the multiple purpose room 3 times (ceremony/dinner/dance).
Anyway, enough of my rant. Just one more sleep. This time tomorrow I'll be in the waiting room awaiting my 11:30 scan! No logical reason to be worried, but I'm a little nervous about the results of the combined tests.
