Lol I was the same lisey. Mine got applied for me back beforegularly morning sickness started. As I had the pregnancy confirmed at 5 weeks via scan. And then needed more folic acid so they set it up. It took a bit longer coz I forgot to sign it and it came back to me lol.

Wow its been backdated to 22/8 before I even got my bfp!

Yes sorry found the heartbeat! Took me ages and a break in between! I bought a sonoline B with a 3mhz probe. It was just above knicker line and slightly to the right as I look down. I made tiny tiny movements and angled the probe in a circle very very slowly! Watched some u tube videos first. Think I was just lucky but got a video and it's made me feel better knowing I have it if I need it but I may not find it again although at least I know where to try first now.

I'm 9 weeks today but was measuring a couple of days ahead at my 8 week scan so really hope I'll be able to find it soon.

I'm convinced that there won't be a heartbeat when we go for our scan next week, so it would be so reassuring to find the heartbeat.

I hope you find it Emily, it is still really early though, think I was lucky it was very close to the big whoosing noise and I could have easily missed it unless I had volume right up and speaker next to my ear and did tiny slow movements.

I've never even dressed a doll as I hated them as a child! I'm just assuming I'll figure it out, it can't be that hard can it?! I can tell I'm going to be in for a shock!

Random question, is it ok to go bowling? I wouldn't even have thought about it but I remember my friend refused to go when she had her first.

Thought I had it a couple of times, it was like a faster tapping behind my heartbeat but nothing I could definitely say was baby.

I'm not sure it was a hb, didn't sound quite right for hb.

I wasn't expecting to be able to find it anyway.

To speak with absolute honesty, I'm fully expecting to be told on Weds that baby's heart has stopped.

I know it must be so scary for you Hun but the fact that you were measuring ahead and your symptoms are stronger this time is surely a good sign? I wish u could have found it to help you feel better, don't give up it sounds like u had it to me, it does not really sound like a heartbeat because it's so fast! X

Look at some u tube videos of Doppler at 9 weeks and see if it sounded similar? X

I know what it sounds like which is why I'm not thinking that out was what I heard. It was a tappy sound rather than what it's sounded like on the you tube vids I've watched.

Hopefully it's just because it's too early.

Symptoms wise I'm feeling a lot less sick but still very tired and very sore boobs.

I've also had this weird thing today where I'm getting abdominal pain when I sit down and I feel really full up! I went to the loo this morning but can't remember when I went before that?! I'm wondering if things are a bit clogged up?!

The waistband of my work trousers feels very tight today and I've had to pull them right up so they're not cutting me in half!

Need it to hurry up and be Wednesday and hopefully get good news!!
